Keyboard shortcuts

Convo's maker view is built to be driven from the keyboard. Press ? anywhere in it to see this same list without leaving the app — the overlay and this page are generated from one catalog, so they always agree. Keys are ignored while you are typing in a field, so a composer never swallows a shortcut and a shortcut never types a character into a composer.

On the feed

The feed is the maker view of a product. These act on the focused row, so a triage pass never needs the mouse.

On an item's page

The same keys, scoped to the one conversation you opened. Merge is absent because merging picks a second row — fold a near-duplicate in with D instead — and so is Enter, which opens the page you are already on.
